- An underpayment occurs when an employee receives less than he or she is entitled to. This can happen for a number of reasons including operational or administrative error. Sometimes the employer may not be aware they are underpaying staff. That's why it is important for an employee to be able to make their own calculation.
The initial assessment is free. Once you upload or input your working details, we'll make an assessment around whether there likely has been an underpayment. We'll only ask for payment once we've determined there's a high likelihood that you'll be able to claim underpayments.
